Duties & Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading equipment

• Machine assembly

• Installation of equipment

• Troubleshooting and repair of ag equipment

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Must perform gracefully in high stress situations

• Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a Class A3 (CDL) license

• Perform high- and low-responsibility tasks, including general machine maintenance, facility maintenance, on-site evaluations, equipment demos, and general labor

• Must be willing to represent Basin Upfitting in a positive manner

• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and payloaders

• Operate in a fast paced, ever changing work environment with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or other related fields (preferred, but not required)

• Ability to handle physical workload

• Ability to multitask and prioritize

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills

• Must be able to lift over 50lbs

• Experience with tools

• Ability to follow and read instructions

• Forklift certified (preferred, but not required)

• Ability to weld (preferred, but not required)

• General automotive knowledge'
